:)Could we also add traffic offenders monitoring including bod bods; for example: the folks in white attires could be given iphones, record the license plate number of each offender, license number of driver/rider, invoice number of offense, id of traffic officer, location id of offense, and transmit to headquarters/central oracle or mysql database. When invoice is cleared, the bank system automatically updates the database record for that invoice.
Every time, a traffic officer stops a car, he logs first into the system to check its traffic record and hence determine the magnitude of the offense.
BTW: this is just an idea, research could reveal that you could get such a system OOTB.
