I would be interested in seeing this.

One of the challenges is that ISP's will offer you a different pricing
option depending on how much bandwidth you are buying and how faithful a
customer you have been (for bulk purchases, I am assuming we are not
talking about 3G data bundles here!).

If an ISP sells 1Mbps at $700 USD, then If I am purchasing 20Mbps, I expect
to get a much lower price than that. If I have been a regular customer that
cost will/may come down, If I am purchasing 1Mbps but pay for a 2 year
subscription, there is bound to be a price reduction.

Short of walking to all ISP offices, as Reiner tried, and assuming they
corporate, you would be providing incorrect or old pricing plans.
