Mine is fine after Installing Windows wirelss drivers in software centre, Is it
because in duo boot all partions are ntfs formatted?

Judging by your lspci output, your wireless card is BCM4312. Searching for this
in the package manager, you find the package "firmware-b43-ipphy-installer",
which also happens to be the one you need to get it to work.
Guys, you really need to try harder. :D
