Do we have any influential ISP people on the list? Barring that: How about creating one (or several) Wi-Fi hotspots which have uncapped local-network access to a local repository? I have been toying with the idea for quite some time, and it should be doable. Or at least making sure the one mirror has several means of being connected to the Internet. I wonder if we could convice one of the ISPs that it would be a great sales pitch to offer free traffic for its customers to an in-house mirror?
