Hello Kyle, While I might agree with you to a particular extent, most of the Ugandan browsing community needs taming. We do not understand limits of when to access what when blacklists are not implemented.
I have blocked FB & YouTube (and a multitude of eX-rated ones) with Squid during specified hours, especially working hours.
