:) I think most of the folks are computer programmers who are used to
procedures and a structured flow of things or even corporate workers, used
to policies and procedures; which means you need to provide a step by step
way of doing things (for example create a google account, login the
account, search for groups, join a group, etc or if the group is
accessible outside google for example directly off the LUG mailing list,
you provide the steps)

:)Remember weakly typed languages like C can be a disaster when using
pointers, the only thing that comes to real abstraction in a properly
typed language like Java is the interface, yet again you have to implement
the methods (step by step procedures) defined on it if ever you are to use
it....
