Hi guys, This may be a little off topic from the regular IT knowledge sharing but does anyone know where there is a good public or private library in Kampala? Looking for a place where I can sit quietly to do some silent reading (or coding) during the weekdays/weekends rather than sit in a coffee shop with all the hubbub and activity flying all around, preferably safe too without having to look over my shoulder in fear of getting mugged. :-|
