Back-up you current config, and "play" around especially adjusting your LAN
DHCP addresses following

If it all fails (including what someone else might suggest), improvise with

literally requires another WiFi router.

Why would an ISP limit the devices on my network? Block the IPs not the MAC
unless that is in the "terms and conditions" you accepted.

That drops to the BreezeMax. Please counter-check that it is the same
public IP from other user stations.
