Friends,

FOSSFA's outgoing Lady in Chief, Nnenna, has raised some interesting
issues. In the next #AskThePM, i would like to ask these...and more!

As we enjoy the freedom to work on our computers and codes, once in a while
stop to wonder what would happen, if your president died in power...

Mills

I have published a blog this morning. It is on
http://nnennaorg.blogspot.com/2012/07/de-john-atta-mills-john-dramani-mahama.htmlin
French.

I am asking a few questions:

   1. If the President of your country were to take ill, will any of your
hospitals be well equipped, enough to take him.
   2. Will the corresponding authorities play their role - Chief of Staff,
   Speaker, Chief Justice?
   3. How long will it take before they officially announce it?
   4. Will people take it as "death" and not use it as a means to set the
   country ablaze?
   5. How long will it take for the New President to be sworn in? 6
   hours? 6 Days? 6 months?
   6. Will the military keep off the whole thing?

Ghana is a great country, of people of dignity and integrity. A country
that respects its laws.. Can this be said of other African countries?

Grief is one thing.. but grieving in dignity and in the respect of
democratic laws confer a kind of Pride..The death of Atta Mills has raised
Ghana.. not lowered it..

Viva Ghana!
