A very interesting unbalanced list of nominees....

A over-representation of Anglophone East Africans, no one from the
Portuguese speaking countries. More than half of the countries in
Africa (31) are Francophone. At the same time, linux is an important
tool for Francophone countries.

It looks like there is some work to be done or does FOSSFA wants to
represent the Anglophone Africans only?
