Rule of thumb (mine at least) is at least 1gzh processor and at least
(preferred) 512mb plus rom space and 256mb ram.
The e61i is woefully under powered with 22omhz. You would need to have the
radio drivers and a bootloader that works
on the nokia.
I have messed with the HTC HD2 installing android 4.0 on it and even windows
phone 7.5 (in a fit of madness). The reason
I even attempted these hacks was cause I found that the android and windows
HTC versions had EXACTLY the same hardware
so it was only a matter of finding the radio driver and bootloaders.
It is fun challenging and often requires SERIOUS OCD to not eff it up 10 or
more times before succeeding. It is like Linux was in the
late 90s except I do not have to compile stuff from source and most of the
hardware drivers are either done or actively being worked
on. If you have a Sony Xperia device (especially the abandoned ones from
2011) then the FreeXperia project is where it is at. Most others
go to miui (iPhone fans) and Cyanogenmod for the others. These are the two
most stable and healthy rom modding communities. If you
like the tall grass, xdadevelopers is where it is at (beware, it is like the
bbs of old. ONLY BIG BOYS and RUGGED egos)
