Which Linux distribution?

Dear all,
My mail server /Web server is hosted on cpanel& WHM but
filled all over a sudden and users were unable to open there
mails. I didn't logs up 9GB yesterday and users were able to
open there accounts but today morning, the server was maxed out
and users where still not opening there accounts, so i got a
second drive and attached it to the mail server, and i was
mounting it, power went off. On restarting the server, the file
system is read-only and cannot change anything. Now, the
mail/website is off. I badly need a solution. I have tried what
i know with no success.
If there is anyone who can help, please, I badly need this
thing up and running
