On the server, I have local aliase names like [email protected] and
[email protected] that expand to many people's emails.
Currently any one can send to them from any where. Some people are
abusing this freedom to an extent of allowing online applications that
send out spam, adverts and name it, to send mails to these accounts.
We have been receiving mails from fanbox and linkedIn and am sure it is
because the owner allowed the account to send a mail to all people in
contacts. when a mail is sent to [email protected], it will be
received by every one on domain company.com, this include the CEO, ED
and all those big shots that don't usually entertain crap.
I want to stop this. I want only people with accounts on domain
company.com to have a right of sending to these local aliase names.
Hope now I have written in English!
