"computer emergency response team" is totally ambiguous and means nothing. Do they find lost laptops? Deal with only computer related emergencies? What is their jurisdiction? Is my privacy safe in the pursuance of their jobs? Is it like insurance? The office of the prime minister was hacked, what did they do? Where were they? What is the government policy on social media? How come there is no guidance? Are they Windows guys who neither use Twitter or Facebook (Googlers!)? Are they secret? Right? Google hangout of Apple users still using vax! A group so exclusive you can't find or join them.
