It has been common knowledge that no government on earth (very important because governments in Heaven can read the emails before you even type them) can decrypt a PGP encrypted email under normal and correct circumstances, but they do (using kernel rootkits http://www.linux-magazine.com/Issues/2013/147/Kernel-Rootkits ) so even as you secure your email using pgp, you need to be vigilant and make sure that your doing it right
