An organization is looking to be transformed from WIN based to Linux environment and is looking for Linux champions to lead this on a full time basis. Someone with experience managing medium scale IP networks, Setting up and managing Linux desktops and servers in a networked environment, managing and maintaining Windows desktops and servers in a networked environment, and small teams of people. Training and change management skills would be a big plus. This organization is looking for a sharp IT leader that is fluent with infrastructure, following procedures, writing reports, team player with proven experience. The organization is also looking for an intern that would be part of the process and work as an assistant IT manager. This transformation will be done with the support and monitoring of LUG.
