Hallo Members,

NTV Uganda in partnership with Outbox <http://www.outbox.co.ug/> and
the African
Media Initiative <http://africanmediainitiative.org/> have launched the *NTV
Ideas Lab initiative*.

*The ideas lab* is an initiative that seeks disruptive innovative digital
ideas that improve the way news is collected and disseminated, media
engages with audiences and push for new production and revenue models in
media.

We seek to engage with individuals/organisations that have ideas that
improve delivery platforms, amplify the relevance or usefulness, deepens
media's understanding of audiences, boosts the media's resource base by
diversifying business models and enhances the impact and shelf life of news.

There is a cash prize of UGX 10 Million for the winning teams, including an
incubation fellowship at Outbox and a deployment fellowship at NTV Uganda
where the idea will be realised to market.

Register at http://ideaslab.ntvuganda.co.ug by September 12th to
participate in the initiative.
