If your level of expertise is around 0 (which it seems to be), Wikipedia is
just a good theoratical starting point (i use it regularly to lookup IT terms
I am not familiar with)

If you get to programming against a database, there is one inside your firefox
(or chrome) already, you dont need to instal anything for it, and you can use
javascript to access it:
