For those with Windows 2003 Server or Windows 2008 R2 Server the following instructions work brilliantly if you need to put in a new AD password for the administrator.

This can be done with an Ubuntu Live CD and internet access then installing "chntpw" or looking for pcunlocker under torrents and using that.
