For those with Windows 2003 Server or  Windows 2008 R2 Server the following
instructions work brilliantly if you need to put in a new AD password for
the administrator.

Just used them on a Win2K8 R2 server

You have to first blank out the Local Administrator password first.  This
can be done with an Ubuntu Live CD and internet access then installing
"chntpw"

or looking for pcunlocker under torrents and using that.  Then following
the instructions in the link above
