Outbox Hub in partnership with UNFPA would like to invite you to the Pitch Day of the first cycle of the Up Accelerate <http://upaccelerate.co.ug/> initiative. Join us on 17th January 2017 from 9:00 a.m to 1:00 pm at Outbox as ten (10) finalist teams in the Up Accelerate program pitch their ideas to an independent panel of Judges for an opportunity to win business and technical training, $10,000 in seed funding, and mentorship for four (4) months. The first call for applications to the Up Accelerate program received over 300 sign-ups, 62 submissions and 22 teams short-listed for public voting and judging to select the ten (10) finalists. Up Accelerate is a one-year initiative implemented by Outbox in partnership with UNFPA with funding from UK AID that seeks to support young entrepreneurs aged 18 - 30 years of age that are tackling challenges in sexual and reproductive health in Uganda with mentorship, seed funding of up-to $10,000 per team and business development training.
