THE APPLICATION PROCESS Stage 1: Application and Aptitude Assessment First, you’ll complete a free application, which lets us learn more about you. Within 48 hours of your application, you will receive an online evaluation that measures logical reasoning and personality fit. Stage 2: Home Study You’ll need to complete an introduction to software development self-study course <http://andela.github.io/homestudy/> focused on Python. During the course, you’ll complete a Technical Skills Test that will evaluate your knowledge of the content you’ve learned. Stage 3: Panel Interviews Based on performance on the Aptitude Assessment and Technical Skills Test, we invite a select group of applicants to interview with Andela. If selected, you’ll receive an email one week prior inviting you to interview with a panel of staff members and other Andela developers. Stage 4: One Week Immersive Onsite Successful applicants participate in a one-week immersive onsite led by our senior developers. The one week is comprised of product development and you’ll be expected to learn independently as well as work on a team to deliver a final project. Stage 5: Acceptance The highest performing participants are accepted into Andela’s four-year Technical Leadership Program.
