Hi Eng Ayiko, there is one in Mbale but its not been very active for a while. This happened after Java.net was put down and data migrated to Oracle Technology Network. It was really good in that it participated in adopting JSRs <https://community.oracle.com/community/java/jcp/adopt-a-jsr> The list <http://www.oafrica.com/web/list-of-african-java-user-groups/>for African JUGs and another one for JSR <https://community.oracle.com/docs/DOC-922461> Plans of reviving it are underway but at a slow pace. I was one of the founders :-)
