Apache 2.2 permite indicar bajo que USUARIO y GRUPO funciona cada virtualhost.
Ejemplo sencillo:
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerAdmin blabla
ServerName bla.bla.com
DocumentRoot /algun/path
CustomLog /path/log
ErrorLog /path/errlog
Options blabla

</IfModule>
