Aiwtv 0.21 is now available.

Changes:

* SECAM values by Belleng Maxime <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.

* NTSC values by Austin Hung <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  and Bruce Forsberg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.

* The README file is now hopefully up to date with the code.

* Playback of data in capture file (commands 'p' and 'P').

As I can only test PAL/BG, please let me
know if the NTSC or SECAM values are wrong.

New program: atidump.exe.

This Win95 program dumps all ATI
registers to atidump.out (append mode).

If I2C init succeeds, all Bt829 registers are dumped as well.

Usage: "atidump high low",
where 'high' and 'low' are the upper resp. lower
16 bits of the ATI register aperture address (sorry,
couldn't get strtoul(3) to work on the full address).

So, if your register aperture is at 0xEFEFF000,
call "atidump 0xEFEF 0xF000".
If at 0xE6000000, call "atidump 0xE600 0x0000".

If you want to compile the program yourself,
you'll need atidump.h, atidump.c and i2c.h.
It *must* be compiled/linked as a Windows 16bit EXE, otherwise
the DPMI code (DOS Protected Mode Interface) will fail.
