[ LUGOS ] connections wont go away

Hello,

I am having a problem here. I have an application which is working
with Oracle database. But if I run my WEB applications for lots of
time it seems that connections do not get released and sooner or later
I get an error saying something like "too many connections"

Error number is:
ORA-00020

Can you advice?
