Hello. I am Richard Stallman's assistant. I am collecting information that
he will need for his visit.
Here is the information that I still need on this visit:
* What is the precise location of the speech?
* On what date is the speech, what time does it start, and what time does
it end?
* Which of Stallman's speeches have you requested that he give?
* Will there be a translator? Stallman can speak in English or
French, and *maybe* Spanish. If the audience won't be comfortable
with one of those languages, it is important to have a translator.
* Will this speech be open to the public? If so, we'd like to
advertise it on www.gnu.org.
* Where will Stallman be staying? We'd like to know the address and
phone number, in case the FSF needs to mail him something or phone
him while he is there.
* Will someone be meeting Stallman at the airport/train station? If so,
who will do it? If not, what should he do when he gets there?
* Stallman likes to have the full contact information for two people
in each place he visits, as backups in case something goes wrong
with the plans for meeting when he arrives. Could you please send
me the names, addresses (home and work) and phone numbers (home,
work and other) for two suitable contact people? It would be good
if you are one of them, unless you will be unreachable at the time
when he arrives.
