Arnet y ciudad por defecto bloquean el acceso al port 25 de todo Server ajeno al propio postino o postino 2 (smtp.ciudad.com.ar) llama al 0810 y pedi que te abran el port 25 y listo ya salen andando los accesos a cualquier smtp externo
