The fixed version includes some bugfixes according to Oleg's inspection:
-- lock alive time limit is tunable through proc;
-- use case is added: extent lock enqueue cancels unused locks beforehand;
-- ldlm_lru_get_redundant() logic is fixed;
-- osc_destroy sets LDLM_FL_DISCARD_DATA to locks it cancels beforehand;
-- some other minor fixes.
