Sarah reported (by private email) that bug 10935 is occurring on v1_4_8_1. This was found as part of manual NFS testing in bug 11582, but I don't see any related logs there. Sarah, please attach the logs (including logs dumped to /tmp if there are any) that suggest that this is bug 10935.
