Some other things to cleanup:
- Old kernel tests in lustre/autoconf/*.m4.. some of them check for features
that are no longer used in our code.
- From Andreas:
<adilger> hmm, it seems fsprivate patch is maybe not needed?
<adilger> I can only see fs_private used in liblustre
- The file_systems_lock export is now unused.
- From Andreas again:
export-symbols - we might not even need them -
check push_ctxt() for set_fs_pwd(), and {libcfs,ptlrpc}_daemonize()
for reparent_to_init()
