We are using Lustre and Xen successfully on x86-64 for a test cluster using lustre-1.5.95 on a Debian 2.6.18 kernel. No lustre+xen issues yet discovered, merely the usual lustre-on-an-unsupported kernel issues :-). Should work fine.
The package is not yet in Debian proper (its in the NEW queue awaiting upload); I can forward on debs if you like.
