I think it is a well known (?) issue that with the default debug mask
(/proc/sys/lnet/debug) on the servers, read performance suffers. I don't
think any work into narrowing that down or measuring the impact has been
done yet, but if the data would be interesting, I think this could be
done quite quickly.
