In our ldiskfs patch sets is a critical bug which might/will corrupt the underlying ext3/ldiskfs filesystem on the OST nodes.
People using our ql-releases (http://www.pci.uni-heidelberg.de/tc/usr/bernd/downloads/lustre/) should immediately upgrade to the latest version and also should e2fsck their filesystems. Sorry for the inconvenience, Bernd PS: I took over this bug from the ldiskfs patch-sets of lustre-1.6.0.1 for linux-2.6.18, so the very same bug is also present there.
