Tony,

ssh into the machine lab-5-rh machine (i would assume that lab-5-rh, is the MGS server) and do a "df -h" or "mount" you should see the MGT mounted on that node. If that machine is the MGS server and if MGT is mounted on that machine then we will have to find why you are not able to mount lustre.
