In fact me have several bugs with similar symptoms (have too big acl on inode, bad handling ost additional on mds/client, bad shrink reply in error case, ... etc ), and I not sure all is fixed. So i need lots investigation this before say something. But for investigation need know more info - what is request, how it processed on mds and other.
