Dear list, with patch https://bugzilla.lustre.org/attachment.cgi?id=26155 and fixing one last compile error (https://bugzilla.lustre.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19720#c28), I get b1_8 to compile and load the client modules on vanilla 2.6.30.9.
