Hi all, I will build a small HPC clusters for bioinformatics with 48 nodes. And because of lacking of budget I have to choose IP SAN as our storage solution. I'm going to use iSCSI running on Linux. All data is on the storage(iSCSI target).
And I have some questions to deploy Lustre on iSCSI. Is there any special configuration on target and initiator? Could any one show me some cases about such deployments? Thank you very much.
