Hi Lustre Community, I'm now trying to install the Intel OmniPath driver with the Lustre kernel-3.10.0-327.3.1.el7_lustre.x86_64 and getting the following error message.
---------------------------------------------------------------- Checking OS Dependencies needed for builds... Unable to build ifs-kernel-updates: /lib/modules/3.10.0-327.3.1.el7_lustre.x86_64/build/scripts: not found kernel-source or kernel-devel is required to build ifs-kernel-updates Unable to build hfi1: /lib/modules/3.10.0-327.3.1.el7_lustre.x86_64/build/scripts: not found kernel-source or kernel-devel is required to build hfi1 ERROR - unable to perform builds due to need for additional OS rpms Unable to Prepare OFA OPA Stack for Install Failed to install all OPA software. ---------------------------------------------------------------- I think the typical procedure would be to install kernel-devel, but I'm not sure what to do for the Lustre kernel. I've already installed the lustre and lustre-source packages. Does anyone know what to do for this? Do I have to build Lustre from source? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you and best regards, Koji _______________________________________________ lustre-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lustre.org/listinfo.cgi/lustre-discuss-lustre.org
