Yes mgt was mounted on the same node. Also /mdt exists on the node. The ordering of the servicenode flags is (or was) significant for the first time the target is mounted, and if the services will run on different nodes, the servicenode parameters on the MDT should be swapped. And confirm that the /mdt directory exists on the server being used to mount the target. Malcolm. If not, the multipathd may not have started or the multipath configuration may not be correct.
