Andrew,
I haven't checked explicitly, but it should "just work" for clients. Because the Lustre client supports distros with aggressive kernel upgrade schedules (Ubuntu, Fedora), the client is usually ready for new SLES versions before they come out. No guarantees - but you could try building it and it should work. Servers probably aren't supported yet if you didn't find explicit commits mentioning SLES15. - Patrick ________________________________ From: lustre-discuss <[email protected]> on behalf of Andrew Elwell <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, July 18, 2018 5:45:31 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [lustre-discuss] SLE15 as Client or server Hi All, I see that SLES 15 is now out of beta, and I'm wondering if anyone's had success with the 2.10.x (ie, LTS). I see there are commits from Bob Glossman in the main tree for kernel updates, but none of them seem to suggest SLES15 Is it on the roadmap? (at this stage I'm only interested in it as a client) Many thanks Andrew _______________________________________________ lustre-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.lustre.org/listinfo.cgi/lustre-discuss-lustre.org
