The Lustre 2.10 branch don't support CentOS 7.7 Lustre 2.12.3 and Lustre 2.13 will.
However Lustre 2.10.8 can built on CentOS 7.7 if you can afford to miss Infiniband support. This is the part of the code that creates this problem. ./configure --with-ofed=no will disable it.
