A good thing to try out would be lanolin. That might help with hard skin. Otherwise there're many other creams and products, but I don't know the right composition... just remember brand's names. However, I would try to work more in the sound production (right angles, relaxation, etc.), cause the skin's situation changes the whole time. Best, A
