Thanks to everyone who pointed out the fourth lute player, and for the warm welcome. I am not a lute player, just working on a piece about the infamous John Johnson. As for the fourth lute player, he appears to be playing to a different crowd, and not in consort with the other three, so I maintain that these three still may be the three lutenists of Queen Elizabeth. Regardless of the number though, I'm still looking for the artist's name. Any other possible answers?
