It's one of the final pieces in Regia Pietas (page 167) "Pater
Noster/Nostre Pere/Unser Vatter/Onse Vader".
in "secretum musarum" there is a piece "Onse Vader in Hemelryck" on page
48 (after the quartets), so you could be right. 
I don't know which one is on the recording. Both "Secretum musarum" (two
volumes) and "Regia Pietas" are in any case worth buying.
