That buzzing...it was one of the frets making contact with the string.  I
moved it and it was fine.

Please forgive me if I repeat things that the list has covered.  I just
joined the list Monday, July 19.

If you've never changed strings before, make sure you get some advice from
your luthier or from a string dealer on recommended tensions. Your
instrument may actually be a bit low in tension if the strings are buzzing.
Buzzing is also a sign of dehydration in the soundboard, but we've already
covered that on the list.
