There is no consort version.

I seem to remember that a single part of a mixed consoret version has survived.

Otherwise:

Dd.5.78.3, 7r, No Title
6402, 1v/2, "My lady hunssdons puff Doulland"
Folger, 22v, "My Lady Hunsdons Allmande Jo: dowlande Bacheler of musick"
Dd.9.33, 38r/1, "J Dowla[nde]"
4022, 44v/3-45r/1, "Balletto la pace"
