I have been able to run the viewer using Virtual PC 6 on an iMac;  however, 
unless you already have VPC, I don't know if it would be worth the cost of getting it 
for one application.

I just heard from LACG: they have no news concerning a Mac version of
the vihuela CD. (I fail to understand why anybody would put out a CD that
requires proprietary software for easy viewing.  Yet another manifestation
of the fact that god is on the side of the big battalions?)
