   Let me see Kenneth if I'm hearing you correctly Your 11 course lute was
in the case for 2 months with gut strings, and you took it out and it was in
tune.  Now I know you are both in need of some serious pitch counseling.
   If I were a judge I would throw this case out of court, based on witness
intimidation.
