I don't think people have read Wayne's message carefully enough: Ophee
did not see his privileges suspended for exercising his right of
expression, insults included.
They were suspended because he was trying to curtail someone else's
right of expression, by using tactics of personal intimidation and
threats. I am not a lawyer, but this is an important detail, don't you
think?
My father is lives in a retirement home, and he told me last week that
one of the pensioners was expulsed for precisely doing that: physically
intimidating another pensioner. At age 80, this was the fourth time that
person was kicked out of this kind of living environment for the same
type of reason. Tragic as it may be, Ophee seems to suffer from
delusional paranoia, and the lute list is not the right place to deal
with this sort of problems.
