Sometimes, it would be nice to know exactly how close the RH little finger is to a vibrating first course, in order to avoid unwanted damping.
One way to do this would be to put a little "curb" (like one of those flat toothpicks) on the soundboard. Then the little finger could feel the "curb", and know exactly where it was. Assuming that a person wanted to try this as an easily reversible, harmless experiment, without damaging or staining the soundboard's wood and/or finish, what would be the best kind of adhesive to use?
